This sesame Mochi is a moreish, chewy mochi coated in a in coconut shred. Made with a combination of glutinous rice powder and sugar and moulded into round-shaped treats. The rich, chewy texture of these 6 mochi pieces comes with an irresistible nuttiness, that’s only enhanced by a layer of full white coconut shred over each sweet rice cake and fill with black sesame seeds paste.
