This instant miso soup is manufactured using a special process that does not use heat treatment, meaning that the natural cultures and enzymes are left intact, giving the miso a more ‘enjuku’ (‘mature’ or ‘mellow’) flavour. This variety also comes with individual sachets of dried wakame seaweed garnish, which will rehydrate when submerged in hot water.
