Chinsu chili hot sauce (Tuong ot Chin su) is one of the most common ingredients used in Vietnamese cuisine. The sauce can be used for different purposes, ranging from marinating meat to fruit salad platter, barbecue sauce, dipping sauce, etc.
Ingredients: Water, sugar, chilli, salt, modified corn starch, garlic, tomato paste, dextrose, less than 2%: maltodextrin, sodium glutamate, citric acid, xanthate gum, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, chilli extract, flavor (yellow 6, red 40), sodium bisulfite, sodium sulfite, ascorbic acid, wasabi powder.
