Tom Kha Kai soup is a traditional chicken soup with coconut milk and galangal. With the spicy paste from Cock Brand consisting of coconut extract (35%), galangal kaffir lime leaves and lemongrass, the delicious soup is quickly prepared. The paste is vegan and is added to water and seasoned to taste-with the option to add chicken for non-vegans
